The Congo - On the tracks of Emil Torday exhibition was on display between 17-20th March 2011 as a highlighted program at the PORT.hu Africa Expo, HUNGEXPO Budapest Fair Center (www.africaexpo.hu). "I was a little bit afraid that the visitors would not climb up to the 1st floor to see the exhibition but my fear has gone after the first day of the expo. There have been 2500 people visiting the exhibition during the four days of the event.  As there was no display panels in the exhibition area, we used gate elements that we covered with reed from the lake Velence. This creative decoration really made an African ambiance at the Pavilion No. 25 also called the EU Center."  - said Ildikó Hermina Szilasi, curator of the exhibition.
